Lindsey Roache is originally from South Bend, Ind. Roache moved to Indianapolis as a member of Teach for America to begin her teaching career in the Indianapolis Public School (IPS) Corporation. In IPS, Roache was a seventh and eighth grade English teacher at Respect Academy, an alternative school for students removed from their boundary school. Before joining Christel House DORS, Roache transitioned to University Heights Preparatory Academy (formally Fountain Square Academy), first as a seventh and eighth grade English teacher, then as Director of Curriculum and Assessment, and finally as Assistant Principal.
Roache holds a B.A. from Purdue University in Law and Society, an M.A. in Education from Marian University, and is a graduate of Marian University’s Academy for Teaching and Learning Leadership.
